Just over 1 year after having the Barbotage procedure done at our Hillcrest Imaging centre, Emma Cook had this to say about her experience;

“Since having the Barbotage procedure I have had no pain in my right shoulder at all. I was experiencing extreme pain and movement in the shoulder joint was painful. I visited my local GP who referred me to a specialist. After the visit, I then realised that surgery was way out of my budget. The doctor recommended an alternative, which was the Barbotage procedure. I was then sent to Lake, Smit & Partners for treatment. Dr Ganie performed my procedure and was a superstar, I was so nervous! The thought of needles going into my shoulder was frightening. Everything went well and quite a lot of calcium was extracted from my shoulder. The procedure was a success and the staff were amazing.
